ford tattoo idea
I am thinking about gettig a tattoo and I think I finaly thought of a great idea. I went to a tattoo parler today to get an idea of a tattoo I want. I was thinking about getting barbwire or maybe a ford emblem done. well the guy thought of the idea of having a black and grey ford emblem tattooed on my righ arm with barbwire around the emblem and around my arm like its actually holding the emblem in place. Does anybody else think this would be a cool idea?

well i finally got to see the sketch. It was not fully shaded but it showed the way the barbwire would look and I loved it. I am planning to get it done in two weeks when i get paid if i still have enough after rent money! My chevy friends are going to give me heck but them pore chevy guys don't have there fav on there body! lol When i get it done i will get a pic so you guys can see it!

i bought a sticker at the fair last year that's similar to what you're describing. the oval is circled in barbed wire but it doesn't extend off to the sides far enough for an arm band.... it's silver and it's going on the front glass of my silver truck.
that's kinda wierd you're thinking about getting it as a tatt though cuz i've been thinking of doing the same thing. tatts are addicting i've discovered. it took me four years to design my first one and as soon as i got the money for it i went and got it on the small of my back. it's on my myspace for anyone who wants to look... my myspace is ford4life69 as well. i cldn't figure out where to put the ford thing though on me since i work in an office and have to be careful with sleeveless shirts if i were to get a tatt on my arm. that and arm bands on girls aren't as cool for some reason....

i'm thinking about doing some kind of armband also, but i was going to do mine as pistons and I-Beams with the piston heads meeting on the outside of my arm and the ford logo centered on them

well guys the update on this is that I haven't got it yet. I ran into money problems and then I got started looking for parts for a 460 and now i am buy the parts istead of my tattoo. I am getting it though. Its just a matter of when I finally have a little extra money agian.

well right now i need the whole thing!! lol I am retrofitting my 82 f-150 with a 460 with a 4 speed manual trans plus the transfer case I found. I am picking up a bellhousing to fit soon with the money for my tattoo actually.
