Amen to that. Instead of abandoning alternatives because they aren't 100% perfect solutions, I think a combination of methods may wean us off some of those imports. Just like drugs, we Americans establish the need, foreign producers are just satisfying it.

We just have to keep trying to come up with something better and eventually we'll have the warp drive then the Vulcans will show themselves and I can get off this planet. [Can't take ourselves too seriously]
