Engine Diagram?

I am new to diesels. Just traded for an '03 F-350 drw 7.3 psd. It would do me a lot of good to find a diagram of the engine, with parts labeled. I'm looking for one of those diagrams that sort of shows parts separately, but also shows how they go together and where they are located in the finished product. I think they are called exploded diagrams.

Does anyone have an idea where something like this can be found?

Wow!

Perfect! Thanks, Ron!!

I am looking for the tranny cooler and where it is mounted in the 7.3 engine. Reason is, I want to have the local guy install a 6.0 tranny cooler to replace the stock one. However, he is telling me my truck does NOT have a stock tranny cooler, only an engine oil cooler! Guys on this forum tell me otherwise, so I need to understand this engine better myself. I'm hoping the diagram will show the stock tranny cooler and end the confusion once and for all. Then, I do want the 6.0 cooler installed to lower EGT, especially when towing my horse trailer. Note: we have the 6.0 cooler in hand, just no idea of how or where to install it.

I appreciate your help! Also noted that you have an entire photo album devoted to installing a TruCool tranny cooler. Hopefully, with that information my guy can figure this out!

Once you open the hood, pry up one corner of the rubber tray around the hood latch. Look down in front of the intercooler, there is a little thing down there they call a cooler. Since ive had my 6.0 cooler i havent seen temps above 150.

Awesome pics and diagrams, Ron. We ought to get those posted on a sticky in both the main sticky for this forum and on the 7point3 website. These are outstanding references that most of us will use from time to time!!
