Leaking Coolant!
now
1. i am leaking coolant
2. no cold air is blowing out
3. at idle, the engine revs b/w 550 and 650 rpm (like its breathing, or dying)
4. ive tried using the coolant stop leaks (didnt work)
i dont know much about the cooling system, but how much would it cost (roughly) to fix this problem. and what exactly is the problem!
thanks for all the help in advance

Those stop leak products are very bad news. It is now going to cost you a bundle to fix the system correctly. I wish you had posted the problem here before you used the stop leak. It may have been a cheap repair. Not now.
Figure a starting price of $400 to clean and flush the system and replace the accumulator, orifice, and all of the hoses.
If you used a 2 part "stop leak", the price will start in the $1000 range if you can even find a shop to touch it. You will need to replace everything, including the evaporator.
Those AC sealers and stop leaks should be banned. You've just had your wallet flushed, courtesy of Interdynamics (The folks who market most of that garbage). Make sure to send them a Thank You note.
im not sure if its refrigerant or coolant. the leak happens right under the radiator and i have to put distilled water in the coolant reservoir tank every time i try to go somewhere.
is it at all possible to buy the necessary parts and just have someone flush the system and just install the parts. im pretty sure that will be a lot cheaper than letting a shop charge me for all they want
thanks for all your help. and i will send interdynamics a nasty email

If you're loosing radiator coolant below the radiator, it sounds like it's time for a new radiator.
No need to chastise Interdynamics for this one.
