Do it to it! but you need to do intake, exhuast, gauges then you can add more fuel. at the very least you need to do the napa 6637 filter (or a full on tymar) down pipe and gut the cat (if not full exhuast) a pyrometer (plus boost and tranny temp is you have an auto) then you can add fuel. the stuff in the () are if you have the cash to make them happen.

Tim has great sugestions and if you can post your truck and any mods. We will help for sure. The miles do not matter. It is just being broke in. I have seen older engines and they still look new on the inside.

yup. my stepdad told me not to fix mine up since it has 245,000 miles on it, but i have to tell you, powerstroke mod syndrome got to me quickly and the more i tried to fight it then the more things i wanted to do to the truck. i couldn't resist it. so you might as well just go ahead and fix 'er up cause, being that it is a powerstroke, it can handle it.
