On most Fords it is to drill and remove the rivets on the radius arm brackets, so you can remove the bracket from the frame. Install the front bushing, reattach the bracket to the frame with grade 8 bolts (usually 3/8"), then put on the rear bushing and nut to spec.
If using poly you are better off eyeballing it for bushing compression.
You should have the vehicle frame on a jackstand and the TTB side you are on, lifted with a floor jack so it moves easily while tightening the nut. If you tighten the nut with the wheel on the ground, that is no good.
