does anyone know if the inner fenders from a 1967 ford truck will fit on a 1968? i recently aquired a 1968 ford and all my parts books don't list inner fenders for a 1968 they skipped a year? if they are not interchangeable does anyone know where i could get some? thanks

According to Blue Oval Truck Parts, a sponsor at the top of the page, 67-72 are the same part number.

One word of advice. I need both front inner fender aprons for my '70 and found a driver's side one of a donor vehicle very quickly. It is harder to finda passenger side one that is iin good shape since the battery tray usually caused it to rust out. Good luck with your search.

Was there not an issue with the upper mount(on firewall-under hinge area). Seems years ago I bought a front clip for my '70 and the mounts weren't quite the same. I had to change them over to get it to fit my cab. Nothing hard, but seemed odd they were different.

Why are right (passenger) side body parts tougher to find than left side parts? There are more accidents involving the right side than the left side. I know, I know, that sounds like BS, but it's a fact.

But one must wonder if the writers were high on something to come up with the things that they did.

Won't 73 - 79 inner aprons fit 67 - 72 also? The 70 I brought from my brother has them in it. They work! I just wondered what the difference is besides the part #'s. The core support is also from a 73 - 79. It holds the radiator and the fenders just fine.

It is my understanding that the 73’–79’ Inner fenders work fine but you have to use the hood hinges from the 73’–79’ because they mount on the opposite side of the support rail.

AH! Tis true! I have one 1970 that I am fixing for a daily driver and another 1970 that I rob parts off of. Nothing that a nice sharp drill bit won't fix for switching those hinges around!
