I have been expiermenting with diffrent oil products for my F150, so i ask is the royal purple oil any good, and is it true about the performance gains its supposely states??? I just don't want to buy this product, and end up with a lighter wallet, since they are pretty expiensive.

Talkin' oil is like talkin' religion...everyone has an opinion and it is mostly based on faith as opposed to solid testing or data.
IMO, if you plan to keep your ride forever, I would run a good, name brand synthetic, a good filter, and normal change out intervals. If you want to fork over more money for RP, go ahead. But it's probably not needed. If you plan to keep your ride awhile then trade it, you could just as easily get by with generic dino oil and save some money.
