here recently I have had to replace all the sensors on my truck mass air,DPFE,EGR valve, the EGR pipe from the intake to the EGR valve and all three O2 sensors has anybody had the same problem??
cause as soon as I replaced one it would be but a day or two and the check engine light would be back on. I had a guy tell me that was a common occurance on a ford that was 10 years old

Maybe on a 96 but on my 1995, 1988 and 1986 I have not replaced any sensors yet. I did have to replace the TFI Module on the 88 but that has been it. I also replaced two of the engines, one in the 86 and one in the 88 but no sensors.

What code was found when scanned. O2's maybe ,but I doubt it needed all at once unless the check engine was left on forever.
first it started with a code for EGR low flow.the EGR valve and I found to breaks in the tube going to the EGR valve then one code for the mass air a few day later, then a code for the O2 sensor on left bank then later right bank and soon after that the O@ down on the cat
I'm glad all is well! I ask because my 96 had 6 of 8 manifold bankswere leaking plus 2 broken bolts.and 1 stud The former just drove it! It leaked everywhere and the dealer said fix it now or the o2's would fail next !Pat
