torsion bar

can anyone help me im tryin to figure out how i can raise the front of my truck up by jacking up the torsion bar i know it can be done but i have no clue how to do it if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

From your profile it looks like you have a '02 F150 4x2. Two wheel drive trucks have coil springs on the front, not torsion bars.

Since I have a 4x4 and mine has torsion bars I didn't know 4x2's didn't until I looked it up.
