D44 set-up bearings
Anyone know of a source for these, had a set made at the local machine shop some time back for a gear/case swap using my old bearings, they were "loaned" and didn't find their way home, pullin' mine and reworking them is just not an option this time around. Thanks for any leads!

I'd take a set of used bearings that were still OK and hone the bores of the carrier bearing cones and pinion tail bearing cone. You may need to have the OD of the pinion head bearing cup OD ground as well if re-setting pinion depth. After washing in the solvent tank you should be good to go. Be sure to mark them so you don't mistake them as normal bearings.
Oh yeah, "cut the legs off of them" this time so they can't run away...
