stableizer bad links

stableizer bad links
has anyone attempted to change out their stagalizer bar links? i have gotten all the bolts off and have disconected the bottom link from the lower control arm, but the part that goes into the bar will not come out. i have tried un screwing it and hammering on it. does not budge. any one know any tricks to getting it off? thanks

never mind. for those who ever need to do it in the future and have the same problem. just take the whole bar off the truck then hammer them out. they come right out. i have notice it big difference in how my truck rids now. god i love doing it my self.
