i need help

i have a 04 f250 fx4 with 108,000 miles on it....well it started to puke on me monday....well i have been reading the forums and i see that this happens alot....well i just tried to flush out the rad. cause im going out of town for the weekend and it was full of oil, well i checked the dip stick and there was no oil left....well my question is if i flush it out and changed the oil can i drive it for alittle bit or aleast until monday when i able to get the egr coller

If you have oil in the coolant, then the Engine oil cooler has a leak. The EGR cooler may also be bad. You need to fix these items and flush the cooling system before you continue to drive the truck. If you do not you risk over heating the engine and possible component failure do to low oil levels.

You need to find another means of transportation until you get this properly fixed.
