found a 2001 ford f250 extended cab v10 with163,000 miles
front tires have been moved to the back , tires show that the front end needs alignment, inner wear, the body looks good, the interior is good and was not driven by a smoker, cracked winshield, has a brake package after market, no fluids dripping...any ideas or questions I should ask...other than the normal questions?
You should post in the V-10 forum under Superdutys and ask some of the guys who drive them. I'm not familiar with the gas engines, but I do believe some of the earier V-10 engine were prone to blowing sparkplugs out of the heads.
Depends on what you want. I would look at some psd's before ever buying a gasser. Depending on how much you will be driviing it, you could save enough in fuel cost between a gas and diesel to make the payments on a psd. If it needs a front end allignment, you will probably need some parts too. Check the color of the transmission fluid if it's an automatic.
