Notice the whole grill is chrome
02 they dont come like that

Ya it was by accident, i was spraying brake cleaner in the EPBV and some splattered on the painted part of the grill, after i was done i got down and saw chrome under the paint. It was splattered anyway so i figured what the heck, i was thinkin about a new grill anyway. Spray a little brake cleaner on a rag and the paint wipes right off. I havent decided if im gunna do the up right supports yet , well see.

Oh yeah, now I see it. I thought it looked different. I'm going the other way with mine, it will be all black when done.

I will bet money if you checked it in a place you cant see very well, the chrome is under the paint.lol

That looks great! I painted over the factory grey with True Blue Metallic to match my truck. I like the chrome-look better!

I already found the chrome under the argent paint on the center bars while sanding the whole grille, prepping it for paint.
