I didn't read every post on this thread but here is my input. A friend of mine works for a company out of Dallas in Oklahoma City taking pictures of cars on lots for different dealerships and then he posts them online for the dealership and prints the window stickers you see in the windows of the cars on the lot. In oklahoma, if that sticker or any advertisement states that the vehicle comes with an option and it in fact does not... the dealer has to instal said option at the dealerships expense. Most people don't know their laws reguarding stuff like that. I remember one time when my friend accidentally put a misprint on a window sticker, it was something audio related if i remember correctly, his company had to pay the dealership to install the option because the buyer wanted THAT car and it said THAT car had said option. Kind of dickish of the buyer to demand that option be installed if you ask me!
If it does in fact say that all diesels should have the traction control, take your written proof. If they still say no, i guess you could sue them based on oklahoma laws.
