faulty outside temp
First off, the gauge is usually pretty accurate and within a couple degrees of where it should be. However when the temperature starts climbing the gauge quits working. For example today the mercury is quickly headed north of the century mark and the gauge is stuck on 76 degrees outside. Which I know is way wrong.
I haven't been able to figure out the exact temperature it quits at yet but it seems to be somewhere around 85 or so. Once it gets warmer than that the gauge reverts to 76 and stays there. When it cools down, then it starts working fine again.
Any ideas?
