He may be a tad bonkers but I don't think he's entirely stupid.Most of lawn chair airline crowd doesn't have the foresight to pack a parachute let alone tell someone what they are planning to do.These little adventures usually wind up with the fighter pilot wannabe splattered on the ground or they survive only to have a platoon of FAA officials asking all sorts of interesting questions.
