where do i get a jack that i can use on my 4" lift

i use a high lift jack,or a regular floor jack for tire changes

I picked mine up at southern supplies, check local 4x4 stores, farm supply stores, or find it online

High-Lift jacks are good as far as bumper jacks go and very versatile. They are also among the most unstable things to have your truck on. Like 86bigred said, use a standard floor jack for tire changes and routine work. Save the high-lift for offroad recovery efforts. It may be able get you up enough to stuff some wood or rocks under a tire and they can also be used as a come-along to pull you (about 2' at a time).

I wouldn't use a high-lift for tire changes in my driveway if there was a floor jack or even a bottle jack available.
