What is this?

Located on drivers side wheel well with some sticky stuff had leaked out. Does it need to be changed?

That plastic cylinder with the vacuum hose and the linkage to the throttle? That's the diaphragm for the cruise control. What would be leaking from that? It's not supposed to have any fluid inside, right?

The silver box with the wet looking stuff leaking from it. Its not wet, just sticky like it got real hot and leaked out but dont know why it got hot or if something is burnt inside everything runs and operates fine so i dont want to mess with it.

If I'm not mistaken, that silver box is your ignition box and that goop leaking out is a potted epoxy they pour inside to seal the electronics to keep it from vibrating loose as you drive down the road or getting water inside and shorting out.

If your ignition is getting hot enough to melt that stuff, it might be time to find a new box because very soon it's gonna vibrate itself to death and leave you stranded on the side of the road.
