Question Motor stuck

Hi, My 86 F250 4X4 was wrecked by my son a couple of years ago. I decided to get new panels and get it back on the road but to my dismay the engine is stuck. Took out the plugs sprayed in PB Blaster and the carb is off so I put trans fluid in the intake. I let that sit for a week or two and put a breaker bar on the crank bolt with a cheater and tryed to turn it over---No luck---even bent extension!! Does someone know of a way to get it unstuck short of pulling heads or pan? Also, when I bought this truck all the emissions were unhooked and smog pump removed, if I decide to get an edelbrock intake can I get one without the EGR for the older 351M and not have any problems? One more thing, The exhaust for it has 2 cats. from the factory but my same year 460 has no cats. and dual exhaust back to the muffler, Will that fit on my 351M? Thanks in advance

An 86 would have a 351W engine.

Might want to make sure the starter drive/housing isn't busted and jammed.

Make a couple of adapters to attach an air line to an old spark plug shell and run compressed air into two cylinders that are both going down, with valves closed. 100psi will provide about 1200 pounds of pressure on each piston.
