03 EB radiator flush

OK, I have searched and cant seem to find anything on here, although I probably just am not searching correctly. What all is entailed in flushing the cooling system on these? The wife is getting ready to take some girl scouts to San Antonio in a couple weeks, and at 72k I think it should be done. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually the 03+ Expys have the extented anti-freeze which does not require to be changed until 100K or 5 years which ever comes first.

True, but ive always thought it doesnt hurt to do it a little more often than that.
