MSD ignitions on 4.9 L

MSD ignitions on 4.9 L
I'm a 17 yyear old kid and I have a '79 f-150 with a 4.9 L I6 - - i'm wondering how to hook up an MSD - 5 ignition to my system. i got it from a friend, but he didn't seem to think about giving me any instructions with it. i have a 3" lift and 33's, so i'm hoping the ignition will give me a little better gas mileage in town while i'm delivering pizza's in my 4x4. any help would be great on how to get that thing hooked up. thanks

The easiest way for me to tell you, would be for you to go to the MSD website at MSD.com Then you can print out a wiring diagram. They have one for every type of vehicle. If you have any problems finding the right one, let me know.
