It's a start! Ask those 5 to send out emails also. Then ask them to send PM's from the list you provide them.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist to be a chapter leader on FTE. Just have some organizational skills.
Heck send me a list of MD chapter members usernames, I will pm them for you.
