FX4 Front Axle Bearings Repack

I have searched and looked for "how to info" to repack front 4X4 axle bearings on my 2006 F250 FX4 CC. Bought a repair manual online and it did not have anything on this. Without spending 200.00 on Ford OEM manuals, can someone tell me where I can find how to do this?

I have repacked front wheel bearings on 2WD vehicles so I have some idea as to what is done, but never on 4WD. With 32000+ miles I know it is getting close to
repack time and with all the rain, I have gone through some high water so repacking is more critical.

OEM bearings are sealed.

Go into the tech folder and look for balljoint replacement. Good luck.

would it be possible to get a grease needle in there ? I have done with the ball joints on my 06 but have not tried the hubs yet.

In the 6.0L tec folder there use to be a write up on the front bearings. They can be broke down. I seem to remember the post even had the the part numbers for the seals.

Thats the one. Make sure you have a good ring pliers. I broke to sets and still have'nt gotten my ring out yet.
