Alright, yal helped me out on the shocks, now brake pads. It wobbles and jumps like the rotors are warped, so I want to know what braked pads to have. I pull some good loads and the trailer has electric brakes but the camper on top makes stopping alot harder. Any advice?
The correct compound choice will depend on your driving style and load.
HPS = Daily street use only
LTS = Daily street use and weekend towing
Super Duty = Full Time Extreme heavy towing conditions only
The "LTS" compound is the most popular, but call and talk to them and tell them your load and use and they can help you select the correct pad compound. To soft of a compound and it will wear out and glaze to quickly under heavy use, but to hard of a compound and you will not get them to proper operating temperature in light use and therefore they will not stop properly. http://discountpowerparts.com/catalo...42dde66e3e31ed
what do you guys think of the ones you get at parts stores like this? Shipping is ungodly up here. I stopped by the store and they are heavy as hell, can't be too bad of quality can they?
