Performance heads

I have a question about GT40P heads I really don't know much about heads. I see them listed on Ebay all the time and would like to get the in a nutshell version of what makes them better or even what is a good choice for performance heads on a 74 302. I will use it as a daily driver with some off road I am running, 302, MSD 6A, MSD Billet Mech Advance, Holley 570 Street avenger, C-4, Shift kit, 4.10 gear Headers if I can fit them and Flowmasters 40 series,
