no trans help
1992 f250 125000 miles 4X4
i belive that it is the e4od automatic trans well about three hours ago i was driving on the freeway any lost my trans would not shift into any gear or revirse and kind of a deep wining noise when not in park. i have gone threw some of the threads and have not seen the same problem yet. i had my tach and my speedo at the time. no lose of fluid and fluid is clean. and im visiting a friend about 100 miles from home need help thanks

Have you tried making sure the transfer case is in gear? That was the first thing that came to mind without any further info. You did not state if there were any kind of noises, slippage, any odd trouble before the trans quit.
