Toolcraft table saw model 4100

My neighbor has an older Toolcraft Table Saw Model 4100. It needs a pulley on the motor and a blade. Anyone have any idea where to find these parts? Already looked on Ebay, no luck there.

Didn't you say you have metal skills? Find a similar pulley and mate it to the motor. If this sound bad to you, it can't be worse that putting on those funky chain type belts that are sold all over the place.
I am no mathmatician, but calculating RPM is the trick to correct pulley diameter for the tablesaw.

Or you can continue looking for a part supplier. Toolcraft is not common in my neighborhood, like you said, parts maybe hard to find.

Try going to a local powertool repair shop- they may have NOS parts on hand.
Or a compatable pulley.

All in all, this is a good start for your woodworking tools.
you deserve a smiley face!

Thanks, I have thought about building one. I would like to see a diagram of how it is supposed to be put together. I figured out a long time ago if you can get the correct parts cheap enough you may be better off just buying them instead of having all the time in making them. Then again some times you dont have a choice but to make them.

According to Google, that saw was marketed by Penny's department stores in the early 80s. Not very common, but info pops up now and then. Should take a standard 10" blade.
What do you have to work with for a pulley? If there is one there, just damaged, measure it and get a replacement from Harbor Freight, McMaster-Carr, Northern Tool, etc. Shouldn't be too hard to make it work.

Nothing left, only a splined shaft out of the motor about 1.5 inches long and a shaft to the side that is about 2 inches longer and threaded on the end. I dont know how things are supposed to be configured on it. Thats why I would like to atleast see a diagram or an old instruction manual. If I had the info on what is supposed to be on the shafts I could build what I needed to go on it.
