Were you able to get that piece you wanted fabricated. I'm ready to start wrenching again. I know I'm not the project lead but I might have to get out my whip and crack it a bit. LOL !!!! I wasn't born a Georgia Cracker fur nuttin'.

It's been a couple of weeks so, I'd like to help with installing the motor / driveline etc... (Insert icon of mechanics working here)
I had to send the oilpump back to Summit, I ordered the Melling 84D, and not the 84...description was correct, but application was wrong...anyways, I got an email yesterday from Summit and the correct pump is on it's way from Nevada, hope to have it here in the next day or so...would like to complete this thing soon and mate'er up.

Oh yeah, I remember reading that. PM me when you plan on taking motor to the truck. Or, when the truck makes it to you for the motor placement. I'll travel to get to the truck so that I can help. Give me a day or to so that I can make plans to help.
Dan and I had fun with the front end and I'm excited to see it come together.

Wondering if Dan found the motor mounts yet? Dan-Copy that? However, that only sounded like a thing not a show stopper.

Thanks AJ - Hopefully I'll get a chance to meet you and Clint soon.

lol...I lived in the Bay Area for a good 20 years...funny, I remember when we would have 3 days of temps at 95 or higher, it was considered a heat wave, now I'd love for it to be 95 for a week or so.

Three days of 95º in the city is four days too much.

Though I did live in Mojave, but that was 90 pounds ago.

You know what's funny? It's just not the people who can't handle the heat...we used to have a pine tree in the front yard in RWC, and whenever it would get 93/94 degrees (which wasn't too often where we were located at) the pine cones on the tree would "pop"...never heard'em do that before.

you coastal peeps have it made. Us valley folks have had our brains fried already. We don't move out of the heat we just hibernate in our AC equipped dwellings. At least I do when it gets over 100.

Every once in a blue moon, I do hear the pine cones pop, when it does get hot here.

As for getting the brains fried?

I was here in the sixties; or so my friends tell me.

Same here in Livermore. It finally cooled down. Temp now at 11p in 79 deg finally. Yeah. I hope tommorrow bring cooler weather they say it will only be in the mid 90's instead of the mid 100's. Whew.

Good to hear that the part made it. ;=) Latz-AJ

Mecinoid, very nice birds.

I have a Peach Front Conure, a Half Moon Conure, (a.k.a. Petz Conure or Orange-Fronted Conure), and a Cockatiel.

If only they knew how to work on my truck.

They would gladly be payed in....................bird seed (pellets).
