I have been watching "The Revolution" today on The Hisyory Channel and am reminded of the incredible courage and huge personal gamble that our forefathers made in the creation our beloved country. It's a good day.

I went to the Fourth of July Car show in Fillmore, CA. Great show, lots of nice hotrods and trucks. Didn't enter my truck, but was able to leave early and enjoy the comforts of my air conditioner. Was 103 degrees today.

Many happy memories there fishing at Piru and playing Golf back in the 80s. Can't remember the course name. Took Grimes Canyon to get there from Moorpark where I lived 8 years........
