i have always been treated very well from their cs. i have the 5510, not sure if the 50d is the same as mine or if its the same as the 5495. i love mine either way.
just got thru trying to download an update for the 50d and the wbsite said it goes up to 1.6 [I have the 1.4]and stops for this model !AND they discontinued this download so I wondered if anyone has this and if so I would pay for it . I dont want to buy a whole new nav cause I spent 265$ having the sat. radio opt. put in last year along with some elect. repair .today a tech friend got me this far so would be grateful for a clue to this,he is going to look on the web some more to see if there is another source to find it .this thing has a mind of it's own like a spell check for nav. only it stops you from inputing your destinations and then your back to the smart phone while driving !
