Yeah I would have liked to keep it a bit lower but the front tires would rub on the rad support. The front springs are actually rears from a sterling diff I had laying around. They were a direct bolt on and gave me about 6" of lift. They moved the diff about 1" forward I think.
Yeah they're really soft. I have to hoist the front up probably 6-8" before the tires start to lift. I may have to try to locate some for the rear too.

Yeah, I did the 33s to now 36s, and think I should have just built a truck around 44s. I now have so much money in it (for my budget anyway) that I will have to make myself happy with the 36s until they are bald.
I haven't been able to spend much time on it lately. Too busy with work and stuff. We got the motor back together and put it in the other night. Tomorrow I'll pull the cab off and get the body lift on it done. Then I can finish all the controls and start on wiring etc.
