6.9 or 7.3 ???
Hi All,
What is the best way to tell the difference between a 6.9 and a 7.3?
Some of my buddies have the decals on the valve cover however the block I am looking at has none.

At the front drivers side, on top of the block you should find a serial number.
The first two digits should either be 6.9 or 7.3.
Look in the flat area at the top of the blue circle in this picture.
