Glow plug problem, again.
Well, I've replaced and rewired the glow plugs. Then my relay fried out, so replaced that. My truck started once, burned out all my bosch glow plugs and hasn't started without ether since. This is really pissing me off now. I have no idea what the problem could be, but it seems like the glow plugs are getting too much voltage or something. They last for one cold start and burn out. Is this a controller or wiring thing?

What year of truck. The relay and controller function depend on the right resistance value of the glow plugs. The "only" glow plugs to use are the motorcraft beru, made in Germany ones, anything else is a problem waiting to happen, sooner in some cases than later!
