I wouldn't yet. Just keep an eye on the time it takes the gauge to come up. Also after it has sat overnight check the level in the HPOP reservoir to make sure the anti drainback check valve is not sticking and letting it drain down.
Keep in mind that the way the dual oil systems are designed the truck will stall or fail to start before lube oil pressure gets so low that it will cause damage.
