Spark Knock

I have a 98 f-150, and have a increasing problem with spark knock. Ive changed plugs and wires and no help. I used to be able to fill up with 93 octane or use octane boost and it would be fine, but no more. It knocks under a load no matter what. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your knock sensor is out of whack...I'd scan the computer to see if it's throwing any codes.....
