Which Durospark?
I want to convert my points distributor on my '71 302 engine to electronic with MSD. A friend of mine has two durospark distributors he claims came off of 302's. They both have the number 12127 on them, and are completely equal in dimemsions...except, one has a slightly larger lower shaft diameter with a slightly larger cam gear on it.
Which one to use? I don't know these durosparks too well. I suppose I could pull my present dist. and compair, but does anybody know offhand? Thanks, Polkat

Which Durospark?
Check the hole in the bottom of the dist shaft. It should look like a hex shape. The 302 takes the smaller hole. The 351w takes the larger hex size. The 351w has a larger oil pump shaft. If this hole is different, you had better do some more checking with yours to make sure it fits. He said they where both off 302's so if the hole is different, who knows what you may have.
