I am going to be rebuilding my 351w out of a 91 F-150 and I was wondering what performance upgrades work best for this motor. I am thinking a new cam and some head work. What duration cam work best (mild cam) and what head work really makes these motors wake up. She's running 33's, got a knn fuel injection performance kit, new exhust, and underdrive pulleys. Any suggestions would be very helpful so I don't waste my money or time.
