Suspension Problem

Hi i got a 63 Ford F100 Unibody and i just got not to long ago and the guy who used to own it before me kinda screwed up the suspension by i think he took out the leaf springs and bent them to lower it and put a diffrent rear end in it. And now one side sits 2 in. lower than the other. Its really bad when you have someone riding with you. If any one has any ideas on how i could fix it it would be great.

1960 thru 1972 F100 2WD's use the same rear springs, so finding replacements shouldn't be that difficult.

1963 F100's came with either 8 or 9 leaf rear springs as original.
