Difference in paint?
I have a paint code of PY for an 01 F250 (Dark Highland Green). I recently got a touchup bottle that has a PX code but is also Dark Highland Green. When I looked it up on the web site it shows both PY and PX being used for 01 F250 in Dark Highland Green. Can anyone tell me if there is a difference in the two?

It could be an early year vs late year green, the difference most likely will be pretty minor especially when you're dealing with touch up bottle colors, they won't be an exact match anyway. It might be a little lighter or darker but shouldn't be all that far off.

If there is more than 1 code for a certain color of paint, that means there is a variance of the color itself. So theres the base color then another with a different tint and another also with a different tint making 3 different variances for example.
