alittle problem
hey guys im new to the site and have a little problem.....i was stalling up my truck to race a stock 7.3 well when i released the break it all of a sudden had a lost of power......well about 10 min. later it started running good again.....its a 04 fx4 6.0 all stock with a muffler delete

First thing that comes to mind is sticking EGR valve.
Did you have any other symptoms, ie smoke, noise, rough idle?
How many miles on the truck?

well no smoke no noise evey once in awhile rough idle.....before i bought it the egr valve was changed three times and the head gasket was changed starting at 89,000 miles it now has 100,000 miles on it

lol you should not have to stall up your truck to race a stock 7.3 anyday.
if you didnt notice any smoke, then i would say probably got the turbo stuck. if this keeps happening, then you need it clean ( if it can be ) or replaced.
