How does one know recirculate is working?
When I select recirculate on my '05 SCREW there is no noticeable change in the air flow. In other vehicles I have owned when I chose recirculate I could tell that it was working by a slight sound of the recirculate door closing or a slight change in air flow rate. With this truck I cannot tell anything at all happens when I press the button. The recirculate icon does illuminate however. I'd take any hints of where to look to see if I am actually getting the request mode. Thanks - Russ

On the Highest Fan speed setting I notice a difference in air speed velocity when I hit the recirc button. One way to find out if its working or not is to turn it on right when you leave your house and with all the windows rolled up drive to a stinky part of town...when ya get there see if ya can smell the aroma....if ya cant...turn it off and experience it with a smile knowing your recirc is working
