mil light on

i have a MIL light on with codes P0171 and P0174. truck info below.
other than an ocassional hesitation from a stop no other symptoms. when this happens if i stop and wiggle the fuel filter once it runs fine all day. the next morning or after a long park it will do the same thing.

my first thought ( being a year old) was replace fuel filter. i am getting like 39-40psi on fuel gage.

i know the codes and looked on obdII web site for discription. vacuum lines look good, no gas smell (except after adding fuel) sprayed vaccum lines with starting fluid while running , no increase at all with idle.
just asking what my next step should be. as i will have another look over tomorrow.

i intend to check out:
vacuum line again
IAC
EGR ( anything here to really look for)
PCV

but other than those i will be lostas to where to go next
