Has anyone disconnected the EGR valve. I'd sure like some info -- are there
any warrenty issues -- pros -- cons. What can ya tell me guys. I've got an

How about using the search function, this has been beaten to death with literally hundreds of posts on the subject. Yes it is a benefit.
In my gallery are new pics of a clean and clogged EGR valve (added today).
Unplugging may or may not throw a code - depends on year and PCM program your running - some stock programs do and some do not depending on the year of your truck (don't ask me... but I do not know which years).
Warrenty.... maybe, but I guess you could claim that it must have come loose on its own? If you disconnect, do it when the motor is "off" so it will be closed.
