Alright, my magnaflow 4" exhaust came in today. So tomorrow after community service crap im going to put it on. I was wondering though if there are any serious difficultys,i have someone to help me with the downpipe.
My down pipe went in pretty easy, but I've heard some have a very tough time.....So just get someone up top to help just to be safe and you should be fine!

I have a S/S CAT BACK exhaust system on my 1998 Toyota Tacoma
best mufffler and pipes, perfect fit!
My 4" MBRP went on without a hitch. Monkeyed with the down-pipe for a few minutes, but nothing serious. Two hours just about to the minute from rolling into the bay to rolling out...
Just have a "saw's all" handy for the factory exhaust system, then you dont have to worry about dropping the trans crossmember. Also expect that v-band clamp that connect's the factory downpipe to the turbo to be a pain lol but once you loosen the nut just take a flathead screwdriver and carefully pry the clamp until its loose enough to take off. Also I am sure you know but I will tell you anyways, when you get the new exhaust in you want tighten all the clamps down from the turbo down pipe back to the tail pipe in that order, that way you are not re-adjusting the tail pipe every time you tighten a clamp anywhere on the system in front of it. Oh and also have some wd-40 or some type of spray lube for the rubber hangers, it makes it alot easier to get the factory exhaust out of the hangers and the new exhaust in the hangers.
wow what a pain,im just now getting to putting the new exhaust on.Everything on the other was soooo rusted i had to cut so much.
Yes but its a good pain, once installed and taken for a ride, you will be looking for bridges, jersey barriers, and anything you can to echo the exhaust back atcha.
Wow no lie.Just got back from my 4 hour test drive.Ive never burnt so much fuel in my life in so little time.Man does it sound great, not much louder than stock but has a nice deep tone to it.PMS has hit now.
Get used to it. You will drive around listening to it from now on pondering the next power enhancing mod. No fuel economy will be had but hopefully you won't lose much as you hammer around.
oh yea intake and tuner are already on the list.Need to get some tow mirrors also though because the paddles dont cut it when im towin.OH and better yet my dad has the same truck just a f350 and he told me tonight he wanted one ordered next week for his.
And about the community service,it was actually reallly nice.Had a fine girl in there so i just hit on her the whole time.Maybe the judge can give me some more hours with her
