quick question for y'all. i've got the bolts out and it seems loose, but doesn't want to turn loose. is there anything else to undo or is it just a pressure fitting?????

The rubber tube at the bottom holding it in is pretty tight (at least it was on mine). Took way more force than I was anticipating. It's an awkward angle to get any force on it too leaning all the way over the engine....
I did mine last week & it took some GENTLE work with a pry barbefore she poped out.
know what ya mean!!!!! funny thing is, the tube that connects the cdr valve to the intake came out of the intake. kinda scared me that it came out, but took that offf the cdr and cleaned it and it popped back in and stayed. phew! BTW, wish i'd done this a looooong time ago. not sure if it was the problem of hard starts, but the valve WAS stopped up and after cleaning it up and reinstalling it, truck cranked right up, stayed running and all. think i still need to replace the return lines, but we'll see if what i just did took care of most of problem.

the tube into the valley pan is interference fit and the tube at the cdr has a million dollar clamp on it. just make sure there is not dirt or objects that will fall into the valley pan when you remove the tube from the valley pan (easiest way).
