Thanks guys. Does anyone know what the correct ream amount is for the spindle bushings if I do a king pin replacement? I have a kit, but there are no instructions with it. I believe the OD of the king pin for my truck is .86".

If I'm right about the king pin OD being .86", does that mean the bushing should have an ID of .861"-.862"?

I have slightly oversized tire on my 66 and a slightly smaller steering wheel and the only time my wife has problems with driving the truck is when the truck is not moving, as long as it is rolling slowly she can manage to turn it.

I just replaced the sneakers (255/70s) on my truck this week and it was like adding power steering - AMAZING
