Drill the head off the allen bolt, pull off the hub and you can unscrew the rest of the allen bolt out probably by hand. Something is not put together right inside the hub.

I gotten out hundreds of stripped allen head bolts out by driving a torx bit into it. An absolute last resort is to put a nut with an opening just smaller than the head of the allen and mig welding the nut on it. I did this to a friends one ton when he decided to run the bolts in with an air ratchet. I tried to drive a bit in but they were so far gone it just stripped more. Broke out the old welder and migged 1/4 inched nuts on and backed them all right out. We got new bolts from Lowes.
