I'm a utility location engineer. I work mostly with GIS mapping software (ArcView, GIS, Map, GTV, OSP, CiMage)

I've worked my fair share of crappy jobs though. My base rate is $12.91/Hour, but I get called to 2-3 emergencies each day, which pay a minimum of 3 hours of double time, each time. I'm also guaranteed 40 hours per week at regular wages.

I just had a change from $16.35 to drink beer professionally (I'm serious) to 18 for being an analytical chemist for a plastics company. Sudden job change and I get a raise--can't beat that!

Bummer note: I now have to buy beer for the first time in three years so it may actually be a paycut

I make $8.50 an hour at canadian tire in milton ontario. Used to work for a guy landscaping for $9 an hour but I never got enough hours to get enough money to do anything so I left.

I'm making 8 an hour working on the dairy farm. Its not a whole lot, but I get a lot of hours in and I love the work. Its also about 1/8 of a mile of a commute which is awesome.
